Role of RXMeds Daymark

RXMeds Daymark (all doctors, pharmacies and affiliate companies) is domiciled in Europe; therefore European rules and regulations for medicines are in effect.

RXMeds Daymark acts as a broker on behalf of and on account of several pharmacies and offers a safe, convenient alternative to conventional pharmacies. Medications are prescribed by licensed doctors; affiliated pharmacies are licensed and operate in compliance with applicable regulations.

RXMeds Daymark (all doctors, pharmacies and affiliate companies) cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed, or for the correct use of products supplied. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician.

Products & liability

RXMeds Daymark undertakes to provide a correct product, in a correct strength and amount, to the correct customer. According to European laws, product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.

RXMeds Daymark dispenses branded products or, where the patent has expired, generic pharmaceutical products that are registered in EU-member states. European patent law applies.

Delivery destination (United States)

RXMeds Daymark ships to the United States only. RXMeds Daymark (all doctors, pharmacies and affiliate companies) takes no responsibility for compliance with importation or other legal requirements of the destination. That remains the purchaser’s responsibility.

All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser. RXMeds Daymark reserves its position toward any legal actions which might be brought against the purchaser if they do not act in accordance with applicable regulations.

Orders sent by registered mail may require the purchaser’s signature, or that of a mandatory who should be over 21 years of age.

RXMeds Daymark is not responsible for losses, incorrect deliveries, or product damage caused by improper handling by the shipping agent. According to European laws, once products have been dispensed (delivered) by a pharmacy they may not be returned. Therefore cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered and/or shipped are not acceptable.

Bank wire

In case of a refund via bank transfer, the customer receives the order amount minus a transaction fee of USD 28.00.

Products ordered remain in our rightful possession until complete payment of the order amount. By choosing bank wire as a payment option you agree to these terms and conditions. All bank fees incurred for this transaction are at the payer’s expense.

Informed consent

I understand and agree that RXMeds Daymark is acting as a broker on behalf of and on account of several pharmacies, and that by placing orders through RXMeds Daymark contractual obligations will solely be created between the requester on the one side and the respective pharmacy on the other side.
