Refund Policy
When we can refund or replace an order — and when we can’t.
Overview
RXMeds Daymark acts only as an intermediary and markets and sells medications on behalf of pharmacies that are subject to applicable laws.
We are not able to take back medications after they have been dispatched. Purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-exchangeable.
Delivery timing (United States)
Normal shipping time is 3 business days (may take up to 5).
- If your package is not received after 5 business days, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement package.
- No refunds are given until the 7th business day from the date of your order.
- We are not responsible for orders submitted with the wrong shipping information — those orders will not be refunded.

Product issues
RXMeds Daymark will provide a refund if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired.
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within one week of receipt at . Your claim will be reviewed and steps taken to avoid similar issues.
How to request a refund
If you want a refund, notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company first. We cannot offer a refund if you first make a claim with your card issuer.

RXMeds Daymark will only provide a refund or other compensation within 6 months from the date of shipment.
Chargebacks & repeated refunds
Chargebacks create penalties and operational risk for us. If a customer makes a chargeback, they are blacklisted and cannot reorder until the chargeback is settled with any applicable penalty.
Unnecessary refunds create the same issues: requesting 2 refunds in succession can also result in a blacklist.

Bank wire refunds
For a refund via bank transfer, the customer receives the order amount minus a transaction fee of USD 28.00.
Products ordered remain in our rightful possession until complete payment of the order amount. By choosing bank wire you agree to these terms. All bank fees incurred for the transaction are at the payer’s expense.
