FAQ
Common questions about ordering, US shipping, and payments.
Is it legal to order prescription pharmaceuticals over the Internet?
Order payment
I’ve placed my order — how long will payment take?
To minimize fraud, we do not always process transactions in real time. Each order may require confirmation via phone, email, or chat. Typically we process orders within 1–3 days once you confirm promptly.
Some payment processors may require their own verification. We will notify you in advance and give clear instructions.
How do you process payments?
We process payments after our verification (and/or the provider’s). You will receive email instructions for the chosen method, including the descriptor that may appear on your statement.
Why was my payment declined / why did I get a bank alert?
Banks often flag first-time or unfamiliar merchant descriptors and temporarily block them. Contact your bank and authorize the transaction — this is a standard security measure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Debit card — including Amex. We do not accept credit cards.
- Bank eCheque (electronic check — US bank account)
- Bitcoin — 10% off the order subtotal
Exact methods for your cart are shown at checkout (they can vary by product). See also how to pay with Bitcoin.
I don’t recognize the charge
Compare the amount and merchant descriptor with the details we sent. If they match, the charge is for your order.
How does eCheque work?
eCheque is like a regular check, but electronic. Choose this option at checkout and enter your account number, routing number, and check number. It’s a one-time payment — no recurring charges.
- Processing takes an additional ~5 days for verification.
- You may need to confirm the transaction with the payment provider (answer their call or call back).
- Unconfirmed orders are cancelled in about 3 days.
- Use your own US checking account — third-party accounts are usually declined.
- eCheque is available for USA customers only.
What countries do you ship to?
How long does it take until I receive my product(s)?
Normal shipping time is 3 business days. It may take up to 5 business days for reasons beyond our control.
- If your package is not received after 5 business days, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement package.
- No refunds are given until the 7th business day from the date of your order.
- We are not responsible for orders submitted with the wrong shipping information — those orders will not be refunded.
- Cancellation requests are not honored once the order has been completed and the product has shipped.

How will I know when my product(s) have been shipped?
What is your ordering process?
Why can’t I re-order?
Two common reasons can block reordering:
1) Chargebacks
A chargeback automatically blocks the account. Contact support for a refund instead of filing a chargeback. To be removed from the blacklist you may need to cover the chargeback plus any penalty — ask support.
2) Repeated refunds
Two refunds in succession can also trigger a blacklist. Unblocking follows the same process; we can review unusual cases individually.
